All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our craft supplies and specialty products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a resolution under applicable law.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size or style

Ordering the wrong quantity

       No longer wanting an item

Customer preference regarding color or appearance

Glitter or craft supplies that look slightly different due to lighting or screen settings

Please carefully review product descriptions, photos, sizes, and quantities before completing your purchase.

Damaged Items

We carefully package your order before it leaves Mel’s Place. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged item

Photos of the shipping box and packaging

A brief description of the damage

Please keep the damaged item and all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the order and work with you to correct the issue.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow your payment provider or financial institution additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.

Sale Items

Sale, clearance, discounted, mystery, and promotional items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is required due to an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise.
