4. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. Limit quantities. Cancel or refuse an order. Cancel an order if a product is unexpectedly unavailable. Contact you if additional information is needed to process your order. If we cancel an order, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the canceled item/order.

 

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Mel’s Place is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, incorrect addresses, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please get in touch with the appropriate shipping carrier first.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully package orders before they leave Mel’s Place.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please get in touch with us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging when applicable

Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

 

Do not throw away damaged products or packaging until we have had an opportunity to review the issue.

 

7. Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our products are craft supplies and specialty items, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the product listing or required by applicable law.

We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong size, or no longer wants an item.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible once an order has entered processing, been packed, or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If a product is offered as a pre-order, the estimated shipping time frame will be provided on the product listing.

Pre-order dates are estimates and may change due to supplier delays, production delays, shipping delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Special orders or custom items may have different cancellation and return policies, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
